3. Payments & Pricing

• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

• Prices may change without prior notice for new subscriptions or renewals

4. Intellectual Property

• All custom code, designs, and apps developed remain the property of Smart Sol Techno Ltd. until full payment is received

• After full payment, ownership is transferred unless otherwise stated in the agreement

• Smart Sol Techno reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio

5. Hosting & Uptime

We aim to provide high uptime; however:

• 100% uptime is not guaranteed

• Maintenance, upgrades, or external issues may cause temporary downtime

• We are not liable for losses due to downtime beyond our control

6. Limitation of Liability

Smart Sol Techno Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Loss of data, revenue, or business

• Third-party service failures

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

• Payments are overdue
