1. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request cancellation before work begins
  • Once development or hosting activation starts, cancellation may not be possible
  • Hosting services can be canceled before renewal

2. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the service:

a. Web Development / Web Apps

  • ❌ No refunds once development has started
  • ❌ No refunds for completed or partially completed work
  • Refunds may be considered only if work has not started

b. Web Hosting & Domains

  • ❌ No refunds after hosting activation
  • ❌ Domain registrations are non-refundable

3. Payment Errors

If a duplicate or incorrect payment is made:

  • Contact us within 7 days
  • Verified errors may be refunded after review

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind
  • Lack of usage
  • Client-side delays
  • Third-party service failures

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method
